Heidi Jones has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in accident benefits and claims management. Currently serving as Team Leader for the Large & Complex Loss Team at RSA Canada since January 2010, Heidi has held various leadership and specialist roles throughout their career, including Unit Manager at Intact Financial Corporation and Major Case Unit Specialist at Zurich North America. Heidi's career began at The Co-operators in 1988, with progressively responsible positions at companies like Gore Mutual Insurance and The Economical Insurance Group, solidifying expertise in accident benefits, liability, and customer service.
