Asif Sharafudeen

Asif Sharafudeen has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Asif worked at RSA as an IT Infrastructure Team Lead, starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at GBM as a Systems Engineer from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for planning, designing, and implementing IT infrastructure to meet business needs. Before that, they worked at Nocme Technologies as a Support Engineer from 2013 to 2015, gaining extensive experience in working under a process-oriented environment and managing various IT systems such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and virtualization technologies. Asif briefly worked as a Systems Engineer at UST Global during 2013. Asif started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Kelnet Communication Services Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2013, where they were responsible for designing and implementing customer network infrastructure.

Asif Sharafudeen completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Muslim Association College Of Engineering in the years 2007-2011. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Board education in Science from Nava Bharath Higher Secondary School from 2005-2007. Asif also attended Jyoti Nilayam Higher Secondary School in 2005 for State Board education. Additionally, Asif has obtained various certifications including Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Certified Ethical Hacker Practical, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2021 Certified Architect Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Certified Associate, MCSE: Messaging, Backup Academy Certified Professional, Windows Server 2012, VMware Certified Associate Cloud, VMware Certified Associate Data Centre Virtualization, MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
