Johnathan Phan

Johnathan Phan has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and technology management. Johnathan currently holds the position of Head of DevOps at RSA, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to joining RSA, Johnathan worked as a Director at Pan Industries Limited, where they managed £1.5 million worth of property for green long-term rental accommodation.

Before Pan Industries, Johnathan served as the Lead DevOps Engineer (Manager) at KPMG UK from May 2021 to October 2022. Johnathan also worked as the Global Head of DevOps at kwiff from April 2020 to May 2021. In addition, they held the role of Chief Technology Officer at stealth co. from January 2020 to April 2020.

Johnathan has extensive experience in the DevOps field. Johnathan worked as the Head of DevOps at SHL from August 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Regional Lead (EMEA) at Symphony.com from June 2017 to July 2019. Johnathan founded Chinese Community Gateway in August 2013 and served as the Founder, Trustee, and CTO (Ex-chairman) until July 2019.

Earlier in their career, Johnathan worked at Deloitte Digital as a DevOps Manager from February 2016 to June 2017. Johnathan also served as a Technical Architect at Accenture from November 2014 to February 2016.

Johnathan Phan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering & Cybernetics at the University of Reading from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Richmond Upper Thames College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Advance Level BTEC National Diploma in Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as 70-620 (TS: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client) and 70-640 (TS:Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring) from Microsoft, as well as EX200 (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) from Redhat.
