Kai-Yin Tang

Kai-Yin Tang has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and cloud implementation. Kai-Yin is currently the Lead DevOps Engineer at RSA since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Collectiv Food from September 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining RSA and Collectiv Food, Tang worked at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited for a significant period. Kai-Yin held various roles including Cloud Architect, Senior System Analyst, Senior System Analyst, System Analyst, Senior Analyst Programmer, and Analyst Programmer from February 2005 to May 2021. In their role as Cloud Architect, they led a DevOps team and managed Hybrid Cloud DevOps environment for different vendor development projects.

Earlier in their career, Tang worked as a Software Engineer at Cimsoft Corporation Limited. Their projects included the development of systems for the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Multimedia Video Wall System, Prisoner Location Tracking System for the Correctional Services Department, and more from January 2000 to January 2005.

Kai-Yin Tang earned a BSc degree in Electronic and Computer Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, between the years 1999 and 2000.
