Ken Anderson

Ken has extensive financial services experience having previously held various positions at Intact Financial Corporation, most recently as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations. Ken joined Intact in 2007 and during that time was responsible for guiding mergers and acquisitions activities, the company’s capital management, treasury, tax and financial planning activities.

Mr. Anderson previously worked in the reinsurance industry in Bermuda and has more than 20 years of progressive finance experience within the insurance sector.

Mr. Anderson is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds an Executive MBA from the Vlerick School of Business and the University of Saint Gallen. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Ireland Canada Chamber of Commerce, Montreal Chapter, and a Trustee of the Canadian Irish Studies Foundation.
