Matthew Cassar is a legal professional with a diverse background in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Legal Officer and Researcher at RSA Law since October 2023, Matthew previously held positions as Legal Counsel at Casumo and Hero Gaming, contributing legal expertise from November 2022 to June 2023 and September 2022 to October 2022, respectively. With experience as a Warranted Lawyer and Legal Officer within the Compensation Schemes at the Malta Financial Services Authority from November 2020 to September 2022, Matthew also completed a legal traineeship at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. An intern at the Court of Justice of the European Union, Matthew has also supported law student initiatives as the International Coordinator for Għaqda Studenti tal-Liġi. Matthew's educational background includes a Master of Advocacy and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malta.
