Alexandra Day

Alexandra Day is an experienced Team Leader with a career spanning over a decade in the insurance industry. Currently at RSA since January 2010, Alexandra manages a team of over 15 full-time equivalent employees in Multinational Property and Casualty Operation Underwriting Teams, specializing in employee management, capacity planning, and workflow management. Alexandra facilitates learning teams focused on change management and improving the Net Promoter Score while also building strong stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes a Team Leader role at QBE Insurance from May 2007 to May 2009. Alexandra is a graduate of the in-house Development Programme and conducts monthly quality audits. Education was completed at The Billericay School.
