Graham Barron has extensive experience in HR systems and payroll management, currently serving as the SAP HR Systems and Payroll Manager and SAP Payroll Subject Matter Expert at RSA since April 1993. With a strong focus on leading key HR system deliveries such as RTI, PAE, SAP patches, employee self-service (ESS), lifecycle event management (LSS), performance management, and compensation management, Graham has been instrumental in various SAP enhancement activities. Prior to this role, Graham worked as a Senior Process Lead at Infosys BPO from September 2014 to December 2018, continuing similar responsibilities following a TUPE transfer.
