Steven Mey is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in network management and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving at RSAWEB since July 2021, Steven has previously held positions such as Network Team Lead at Cloud Direct, National Service Manager at Frogfoot Networks, and Support Team Lead at Vox Telecom. With a background in deploying Cisco, Juniper, and Fortigate technologies, Steven has developed strong skills in SLA management, team mentorship, process optimization for service requests, and supplier relations. Additional roles at MWEB, Netsurit, and ASG Computers provided valuable expertise in installation and troubleshooting of servers and network equipment.
