Frances Gay

Frances Gay has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Frances started as a Client Service Representative at United Benefit Services in 2007, where they provided support to clients, negotiated contracts, and interfaced with insurance carriers. Frances then moved on to roles at Pacific Advisors and NFP Corporate Services before joining Risk Strategies Company in 2015. At Risk Strategies, Frances held the positions of Senior Account Executive - Team Lead and Senior Director | Employee Benefits, where they demonstrated expertise in employee benefits and team leadership.

Frances Gay earned their BA of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007.
