Gary Nova

Gary Nova is a technical recruiter at RSC Solutions since January 2022, bringing experience in branding and recruitment from previous roles, including brand partner at The Sideline Hustle, LLC from May 2017 to January 2022, and associate director of athletics at the Archdiocese of Newark from November 2018 to December 2020. Prior to these positions, Gary served as a senior account executive at Mortgage Unlimited and gained exposure to professional sports as a quarterback during rookie mini camps with the Green Bay Packers and New York Football Giants in 2015 and 2016. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Don Bosco Preparatory High School in 2011.
