Marvin Baylon is an experienced professional in recruitment and training, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at SYSGEN RPO since January 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates and conducting phone interviews to verify their qualifications. Prior experience includes a position in Talent Acquisition at PSG Global Solutions, and a range of roles in customer service and training at TDCX, Alorica, VXI Global Solutions, LLC, and Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc.
