Erika Luger

Erika Luger, MPA has experience in business leadership, data intelligence management, financial analysis, and metrics reporting. Erika has worked at various universities and currently is the Business Lead for RSC@Meta, where Erika engages stakeholders to improve the Integrated Workforce Management System for Meta's global workforce. Erika has a Master of Public Administration degree with a program evaluation emphasis from San Francisco State University and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
