Jesper Fredberg

Jesper Fredberg has a diverse work experience in the sports industry, with roles ranging from CEO to coach. Jesper currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at RSC Anderlecht since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sports Director at Viborg F.F. Professionel Fodbold A/S from May 2019 to December 2022. Additionally, Jesper has served as an advisor for TheFutbolApp by pandaHAUS, a Co-Founder at PRESKILLS ltd, and Head of coaching at Panathinaikos FC. Jesper has also held various roles at AC Omonia, including Head Coach and Technical Director. With their experience in youth development, Jesper has served as the Head of Youth at AGF Fodbold and U17 Coach at Brøndby IF.

Jesper Fredberg's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aarhus University in 2006, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Aarhus University in 2016, and a Police Officer degree from The Danish Police Academy in 2010. Jesper also obtained a UEFA A-license in Football from Dansk Boldspils Union (DBU) in 2009, a UEFA Pro License in Management from UEFA in 2015, and a UEFA B-license in Football from Dansk Boldspils Union (DBU) in 2004. In 2021, they attended Achiver for a Life Achiver program without a specified field of study.
