Kim Baeyens

Kim Baeyens currently serves as the Team Manager and Coordinator for Women's Football at RSC Anderlecht since September 2020, overseeing the Women's First Team and supporting the Women U13 team. Additionally, Kim operates as a Team Liaison Officer for the Royal Belgian Football Association starting July 2023, participating in UEFA Women’s Euro Qualifiers. Previous experience includes working as an HR Consultant at AGO Jobs & HR in the Chemicals division and various roles in sports and event coordination across organizations such as Golazo, Sportsdirect.com, and Flanders Classics. Kim holds a Postgraduate degree in Sports Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management from HOGENT, complemented by studies in Applied Linguistics at Ghent University.
