Silvia Juliana Cárdenas Blum

Silvia Juliana Cárdenas Blum's work experience includes a current role as the Finance and Operations Head at RSec - Security for a New Era since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Flo-Spec SAS from January 2006 to June 2019, where they held the position of Administrative and Quality Coordinator. In this role, Silvia was responsible for various tasks including personnel recruitment and payroll management, international procurement and logistics coordination, as well as making payments to international suppliers.

Silvia Juliana Cárdenas Blum pursued their education at the Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga. From 1997 to 2002, they obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2004 and 2005, they pursued further education at the same institution and earned a specialization in Strategic Marketing Management.
