Benjamin Rowley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the fields of strategic change management and portfolio management. From 2018 onwards, they have been working as the VP Strategic Change at RS Components, responsible for overseeing change programs and projects. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Programme Governance at the same company. From 2011 to 2018, Rowley held the position of Head of Global Portfolio Management Office, where they managed a significant investment portfolio and spearheaded the company's growth strategy. Before joining RS Components, they worked at Capita as a Business Improvement Manager from 2009 to 2010, overseeing national school improvement projects. Prior to this role, they were a Portfolio Manager from 2006 to 2009, responsible for successful project delivery in the education sector. Rowley began their career at Murata Electronics as an Account Coordinator in 2001.
Benjamin Rowley earned their A Levels in English, French, and History from Edgbarrow, Crowthorne in 1996. Benjamin then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from the University of Nottingham, completing it in 1999.
