Shilpi Chauhan has a strong background in transformation and business change. Shilpi is currently the Head of Transformation and Business Change at RS, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at easyJet, where they held the role of Head of Enterprise Business Change from August 2020 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for establishing a Business Change Centre of Excellence and leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide change initiatives. Shilpi also managed a team of Senior Change Managers and had extensive experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Before joining easyJet, Shilpi worked at Gap Inc. as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, where they delivered product enhancements and change initiatives for point of sale systems across all stores in Europe. Shilpi also worked at Next as a Senior Analyst, focusing on improving the customer experience of the company's digital channels. Shilpi began their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst on various client assignments, including Eaton Aerospace Group and Kühne + Nagel. Overall, Shilpi has a wealth of experience in leading transformation and change initiatives in the aviation, retail, and technology sectors.

Shilpi Chauhan completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur-Alumni between 1999 and 2003. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, specializing in IT Enabled Business Change, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and Systems Engineering. Additionally, they earned a Change Management PRACTITIONER certification from APMG International in 2022.
