Brian Holsneck

Brian Holsneck, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian is currently working at RS&H as an Aviation Associate Project Director since March 2023. Prior to that, Brian served as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve from June 2021 onwards.

In their previous roles at AECOM, Brian worked as a Project Manager II from March 2014 to March 2023. At Atkins, they held multiple positions, including Project Manager from June 2013 to March 2014, Sr. Engineer from September 2011 to June 2013, and Jr. Engineer from May 2006 to September 2011.

Brian's early work experience includes an internship at Walt Disney World in 2005. Throughout their career, Brian has gained expertise in various aspects of engineering, including aviation project management, airfield and vehicular pavement design, surface grading and drainage design, geometric design, technical specification writing, cost estimating, and quantity takeoffs. Brian has also demonstrated their ability to work closely with regulatory bodies such as FAA and DOT.

Brian Holsneck, PE holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from UCF, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from multiple states including Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
