Jennifer Nix McGerald

Jennifer Nix McGerald, CPSM is an experienced professional with a background in marketing and communications. Jennifer is currently working as the Associate Director of Communications at RS&H. Prior to this role, they served as the Marketing Director at Element Engineering Group, LLC, and as the Team Leader - Proposal Coordinators at WGI. Jennifer also has a strong involvement in professional organizations, including serving as the DE&I Committee Chair, Emeritus at SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services, and as a Member and Chapter Past President at SMPS Tampa Bay. Their earlier experience includes positions such as Pursuit Specialist - Infrastructure at Arcadis, Marketing Coordinator at Biltmore Construction Co., Inc., and Marketing Coordinator III - Utilities Engineering & Surveying at Cardno. Jennifer began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at BioDerm Inc. and as a Public Relations Specialist at Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library.

Jennifer Nix McGerald, CPSM received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications - Public Relations from Florida Southern College, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Mellen Public High School between 1992 and 1996. In addition, they hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Jennifer is also a Certified Professional Services Marketer.
