Jerry Bustamante

Jerry Bustamante has extensive experience in business development and management. Jerry is currently working as an Associate Director of Business Development at RS&H since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at PMG Project Management Group, LLC from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and pursuing professional services and commercial civil construction opportunities. Jerry has also worked as a Business Development Representative at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Business Development Manager at The Principle Partnering Group, LLC from 2008 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for pursuing business opportunities and developing strategic relationships in various sectors. Prior to that, they worked as the Principle/Owner at United Services Group from 2006 to 2008. Jerry's earlier experience includes working as a Supervisor at The Hearst Corporation from 1989 to 2006 and in natural gas accounting at Exxon Company, USA from 1986 to 1988.

Jerry Bustamante obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Texas State University, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Jerry has also obtained certifications such as EMCM - Executive Mail Center Manager from the United States Government in 2005 and is a Certified Auditor from Direct Line To Compliance, Inc. (DL2C).
