Mary Thompson

Mary Thompson, CPSM, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in proposal management and business development within the engineering and architectural sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at RS&H since May 2014, Mary focuses on managing proposal preparation for infrastructure projects and developing client management plans. Previously, at STV Incorporated, Mary held positions as Senior Marketing Proposal Manager and Proposal Coordinator, where management of proposals for various state and municipal clients, including significant contracts with state Departments of Transportation, was a primary responsibility. Earlier in career, Mary served as Marketing Director of the Transportation Division at Ralph Whitehead Associates, contributing to both proposal development and strategic marketing initiatives. With a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Mary's work has consistently emphasized effective communication, client engagement, and successful project pursuits.
