Stacey Sinclair

Stacey Sinclair is a Senior Transportation Engineer at RS&H since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stacey served as a Project Manager at HNTB from March 2008 to May 2021. Stacey holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Transportation from the University of Washington, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed between 2000 and 2004.
