Joshua Morton has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Head of Marketing at RSL Awards, which they have been in since September 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Channel Manager at the Academy of Contemporary Music from June 2014 to September 2018, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the institution's social media strategy. From 2010 to 2012, they attended the Academy of Contemporary Music and obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Music, Media & Rights with a focus on Music Business.
In 2009, they completed the ACM Higher Diploma in Music, Media & Rights at the same institution.
In 2008 to 2009, they obtained an ACM Diploma in Music Practice, specializing in Guitar.
Prior to their time at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Joshua attended Esher College from 2006 to 2008.
