David Mead has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager of Catering Services at RSL LIFECARE LIMITED since June 2016, and previously held the position of Head Chef and Hotel Services Manager. Prior to that, David was the Head Chef at Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home from March 2012 to May 2016. David’s career also includes a role as Hospitality and Business Trainer at Carrick Institute of Education from January 2007 to March 2012. David holds a Master's degree in Theology and Leadership/Management from Southern Cross College, which was completed between 2000 and 2007.
