Eileen Turkot

Eileen Turkot currently serves as the Regional Leader of Latin America at RSM International, focusing on implementing global strategies and enhancing member firms' international client bases while promoting talent development and standardized processes. Previously, Eileen was a Board Member at Let It Be Us, a nonprofit aimed at reforming foster care and adoption in Illinois. Eileen held various roles at RSM US LLP over a decade, culminating as Director of the Global Strategy Team, and worked as a Supply Manager at TradingPartners, facilitating global RFQs. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Butler University, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Management from the University of Liverpool, and has educational experience from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
