Nicole Hicks

Nicole Hicks, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Resource Management Senior Associate at RSM since April 2023. Prior to this, Nicole spent over a year as the Division Assistant Controller at PulteGroup, and worked as an Assurance Associate at PwC from September 2020 to January 2022. Earlier roles include a Teacher Assistant position at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nicole's experience also encompasses an Administrative Intern role at Warren Averett and several positions at the University of South Florida and YMCA of the USA. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2018.
