Bill Yang, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) has over 14 years of experience in tax and global mobility services. Bill is currently a Senior Director of U.S. Tax at RSM Canada, where they manage a portfolio of multinational corporate clients and advises them on global mobility issues. Prior to this, Bill worked as a Senior Manager of Global Mobility Services at MNP, a Tax Manager of Global Mobility Services at PwC Canada, and a Tax Manager of Cross-Border Services at KPMG LLP. Bill began their career at PwC Canada as an Audit Associate and progressed to become an Expatriate Tax Associate and Senior Tax Associate. Throughout their career, Bill has developed strong relationships with multinational clients and has extensive knowledge in areas such as international compensation, cross-border taxation, and equity-based compensation programs.

Bill Yang, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at Zhejiang University from 2001 to 2005. Bill then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from Brock University from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Bill Yang is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) obtained from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in June 2020. Bill also completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course provided by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in July 2019.
