Joanna Matsoukas

Joanna Matsoukas has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Senior Director of Human Resources at RSM Canada. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Director of Human Resources at Echelon Wealth Partners, and as a Director of Human Resources at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Joanna has also held managerial roles at AXA Insurance Company, Cornerstone Group of Companies, KANA Software, and Pearson. Joanna began their career as a Technician in Human Resources at Pharmascience. Throughout their career, Joanna has worked in various industries, including finance, insurance, and software, consistently demonstrating their expertise in talent management and people operations.

Joanna Matsoukas obtained their BComm degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
