Sandy Chan

Sandy Chan is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in Tax Quality & Risk Management at RSM Canada since November 2019. Prior to this role, Sandy taught Accounting and Hong Kong Taxation I & II as an Instructor at Hong Kong Metropolitan University from 2013 to 2016. Sandy's extensive background includes positions as a Senior Tax Manager in Tax Quality and Risk Management and as a Senior Tax Manager at EY between 2004 and 2012. Earlier in the career, Sandy served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte China from 1997 to 2004. Sandy holds a Master of Finance from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Tasmania. Furthering academic credentials, Sandy attended the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management.
