Terry Booth

RSM Canada’s Terry Booth has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, including more than 25 years in public practice. Terry provides financial audit and consultation services to public, private and nonprofit entities and specializes in assisting emerging technology companies.

Terry is a top technology practice leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. He is an auditor and advisor and has led as a chief financial officer and board member. As a trusted advisor and mentor he works diligently to help clients and staff succeed in their personal and professional goals. With a deep, specialized understanding of helping companies scale process and performance improvements during rapid growth periods, Terry is driven to provide proactive consultations and overcome roadblocks with strategy and solutions.

Terry has also written a number of studies and presented talks on the Alberta technology sector. Terry provides a wide range of services to his clients, including audit services, due diligence assistance, mergers and acquisition consulting, and assistance with debt and equity financings.

Outside of client support and services, Terry can be found giving back to his community. He started his own nonprofit and is a strong supporter of charitable organizations.
