Mark Hanley

Mark Hanley, CPA, MST, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in private client services. Currently serving as a Managing Director and Senior Director of Tax at RSM US LLP since February 2012, Mark specializes in providing tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and private businesses. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Tax Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 2007 to February 2012, focusing on federal and state tax matters. Mark's career began with an internship as a Tax Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Corporate Tax Intern at Liberty Mutual. Mark holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. Early education was completed at Framingham High School.
