Peyton Hughes

Peyton Hughes possesses a diverse background in engineering and analytical roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Innovation Digital Solutions Senior Analyst at RSM US LLP since May 2022, Peyton previously held roles at Ecolab as a Packaging Engineer and Packaging Laboratory Technician from June 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a Microbiology Technician at Abbott, a Surgical Pathology Technician at Fairview Health Services, and a Product Builder I and Certified Trainer at Boston Scientific. Additional roles include serving as a Life Guard at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center and a Student Caller at the McNamara Alumni Center. Peyton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology from the University of Minnesota, completing studies from 2011 to 2016.
