Jane Roberts

Jane Roberts has over 16 years of experience in corporate finance and business advisory services. Since September 2007, Jane has held various roles at RSM UK, currently serving as Director, having previously worked as Associate Director and Manager within RSM Corporate Finance LLP. This team offers comprehensive corporate finance advice to middle market businesses, including services in Capital Markets, Due Diligence, M&A, and Financial Modelling. Jane also served as Manager in Accounting & Business Advisory, managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized entities, ensuring the delivery of compliance and advisory services. Prior experience includes working as an Accounts Assistant at Scott & Paterson Chartered Accountants from August 2004 to September 2007. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in 2003.
