Lucy Penrose

Lucy Penrose is a seasoned professional in the field of ethics and compliance, currently serving as a Technical Director within the Ethics Team at RSM UK since January 2021. In this role, Lucy grants ethical approvals, addresses ethics queries, drafts policies, and provides ethics training.
