Mike Thornton

Mike Thornton is the Leeds Office Managing Partner and National Head of Manufacturing at RSM UK, where responsibilities include managing corporate audits and building a substantial client portfolio since joining in September 2015. Previously, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer at Surgical Innovations Limited from December 2011 to August 2015, overseeing the finance function for a company that designs and exports medical devices. Prior experience includes a fourteen-year tenure at PwC UK, culminating in the role of Assurance Director, where responsibilities encompassed audit services and transactional due diligence. Mike holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
