Paul Bator

Paul Bator has a diverse work experience in the fields of business development, recruitment, and finance. Paul started their career at PwC as an ABAS Associate before moving on to SF Recruitment as a Managing Consultant, where they were responsible for the recruitment of finance professionals. Paul then worked at Grant Thornton as a Business Development Manager, where they handled key account management and pursued new business opportunities. Currently, Paul is at RSM UK, where they have held multiple roles, including Regional Head of Business Development and Head of Clients and Markets. In these positions, they have been involved in developing marketing strategies, improving client experience, and driving relationship development across different regions. Overall, Paul has demonstrated their expertise in business development, client management, and strategic leadership throughout their career.

Paul Bator obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. The program included a four-year course with a work placement.
