Paul Russell

Paul Russell is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in indirect tax and VAT. Currently serving as Director at RSM UK since June 2016, Paul has previously held the position of Associate Director, Indirect Tax at the same firm. Prior to RSM UK, Paul worked as a VAT Manager at BDO LLP from May 2013 to June 2016 and as a Senior Officer at HM Revenue & Customs from September 1997 to April 2013. Paul completed education at Port Glasgow High School from 1992 to 1997.
