Sandra Price Swain has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sandra started working at Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, Inc. in 1998, where they initially served as a Workers' Compensation Representative and later became a Team Leader. In these roles, they managed caseloads, interacted with patients, and used legal statutes and regulations to pursue third-party payers. Sandra then transitioned to a managerial position as a Manager of Client Services, where they supervised and trained a team and managed a caseload of high-revenue producing hospital clients. Sandra also conducted evaluations and provided feedback to the department staff. In 2004, Sandra took on a new role at Convergent as a Salesforce Administrator & Marketing Analyst. In this position, they maintained the Salesforce environment, managed the prospect and client database, and trained sales and client management executives. Sandra also created reports, dashboards, and critical workflows. In 2017, Sandra joined Knowtion Health as the Director of Client Development, where they served as the Salesforce & HubSpot Administrator.

Sandra Price Swain has pursued education in various fields throughout their career. Sandra completed the "Expeditioner" program at Trailhead by Salesforce and also received training from HubSpot Academy. In 2011, Sandra took the "Administration Essentials for New Admins" course at Salesforce.com. Earlier, they studied "Intro to Web Design" at Laurel Ridge Community College in 2007 and pursued general business coursework at Northern Virginia Community College in 1995.
