Elizabeth Cook is a seasoned academic professional and researcher currently serving as a Research Impact Officer at Coventry University since May 2023. Concurrently, Elizabeth holds a position as a Project Officer (Volunteer) with RSPB since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Portfolio Officer at the University of Birmingham, managing distance learning programs and improving reporting systems, and serving as a Research Impact and Engagement Officer, supporting researchers in various disciplines.
