Kerry ten Kate is a seasoned professional in biodiversity conservation and sustainable development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Finance Earth and a Council member and chairperson of the Conservation Committee at RSPB, Kerry has held significant roles such as Non-Executive Board Member at Natural England and Director of the Biodiversity Initiative at Forest Trends Association, where expertise was provided on environmental impact assessment and mitigation strategies. Kerry's leadership in the Business and Biodiversity Offsets Programme established global standards for biodiversity integration in economic decision-making. Previous experiences include directing engagement programs at Insight Investment, advising at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, co-founding Environmental Strategies, and working with the United Nations on the Earth Summit preparations.
