Neil Boyes attended Ormskirk Grammar School from 1981 to 1986. Neil then enrolled at St. Vincents College of FE from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Btec National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management. Later, from 1988 to 1990, Neil studied at the Blackpool and the Fylde College of HE and obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Operations.
