Richard Starling

Richard Starling currently serves as a Volunteer Network Administrator at RSPB since July 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Transformation Programme Manager at BT from September 1983 to April 2022. Prior to that, Richard worked as the Director of Performance at Concert Communications from January 1995 to August 1998. Richard earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge, completing the program from September 1986 to June 1989.
