Laura Chalmers has worked in various customer service and management roles throughout their career. Laura started as a Retail Manager at Harrods in 2007, then moved on to work as Head of Service at Liberty Ltd. In 2012, they became Operations Manager at Victoria's Secret and later transitioned to Customer Relations Manager at Tiffany & Co. In 2016, Laura joined NCS - National Citizen Service Trust as Head of Customer Experience until 2023, when they took on the same role at RSPCA.

Laura Chalmers attended the University of St. Andrews from 2003 to 2007, where they received an MA Hons in Psychology.
