Hank currently serves as the firm’s vice chairman and previously was the founder and chairman of Higdon Partners.
Hank spent the first 15 years of his search career with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he served as a member of the firm’s five-person Executive Committee and built and managed offices in Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Menlo Park. He has been honored with the Gardner Heidrick Award, the highest recognition given by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) for distinguished service to the executive search industry. Hank was also recognized as one of the top 100 executive search professionals in the United States in the book Career Makers, published by Harper Collins. Hank served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves for six years following graduation from Yale University. His career began by spending six years with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, serving individuals, families, and organizations in New York City.
