Hillary Lane is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Associate at RSR Partners since July 2014. Previously, Hillary held various roles at Russell Reynolds Associates from September 2003 to June 2014, including Research Director and Research Consultant in the Consumer and Retail sectors. Hillary’s career began at Spencer Stuart, where responsibilities ranged from Research Associate to Research Specialist from September 2000 to September 2003. Additionally, Hillary has experience as a Licensed Talent Agent at Geddes Talent Agency and Shirley Hamilton Talent Agency in 2000 and 1998-2000, respectively. Hillary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kentucky between 1993 and 1997.
