Todd Ruppert

Todd Ruppert is an advisor at RSR Partners. Todd was previously the managing partner at Advantage Partners Inc, a boutique executive search firm with a North American practice focused on C-suite positions for privately held and private equity owned middle market manufacturing and commercial and industrial service businesses, as well as senior leadership roles for property & casualty insurance companies. Todd was also the product manager at Progressive Insurance, where they led a commercial auto product management team covering half of the country with P&L responsibility for a $1 billion book of business, and managed a private passenger auto book of business sold direct to consumers, introducing UBI (usage-based insurance) product in assigned state while championing countrywide product enhancements. Todd is also the founder & principal of McMurchy & Company and the former chief financial officer of IMC Vigoro. Todd is also a co-founder & partner of Charon Industries.

Todd Ruppert completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a BMath at the University of Waterloo. Todd also attended West Ferris Secondary School.
