Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is the current director at RSSB. Prior to their current position, they served as the deputy chairman of the British Transport Police Authority from September 2013 to November 2020. Mark has also served as a board member for the Greater Cambridge Partnership from January 2007 to December 2011. From April 2004 to December 2014, they were the bid director and operations director for rail development at National Express. Mark has also held the positions of regional director at Network Rail and acting zone director at Railtrack. Prior to that, they held various operating and commercial positions at British Rail from September 1986 to December 1993.

Mark Phillips attended the INSEAD International Executive Program and earned a BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of York.
