Stephanie Flores

Stephanie Flores is currently a Payroll Specialist at RStudio. Stephanie has previous experience working as a Payroll Representative and Human Resources Representative. Stephanie has a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and responding to payroll emails/phone calls. Stephanie is also experienced in processing high-volume payrolls, applying multi-state laws, and validating client information. Stephanie is knowledgeable in using PrismHR and is able to enter new hires, transfers, and terminations, as well as update pay rates and employee information. Stephanie is also responsible for running and generating reports, invoices, ACH checks, and W2s. Stephanie has experience in monitoring the ticketing system for incoming requests and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, they have overseen the process of direct deposit returns and voids/reissues while remaining in compliance. Stephanie is also experienced in processing late hours, off cycle requests, and manual checks when needed.

Stephanie Flores has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Stephanie also has a Certificate in Retail Management from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Stephanie has a Certification from the American Payroll Association in Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). Stephanie also has a Certification from the American Payroll Association in Fundamental Payroll Certification.
