Toph Allen

Toph Allen is a Software Engineer at RStudio PBC since December 2020. Previously, Toph worked as a Senior Data Scientist and Director of Data Science at EcoHealth Alliance. Toph also held positions as a Research Scientist and Research Assistant, focusing on predictive modeling for disease emergence risk using statistical models and machine learning techniques. Toph's background includes organizing voter canvasses for research on same-sex marriage at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. Toph holds an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a BA in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
